Haruichi Bearden brings more than 20 years of real estate experience, with expertise spanning brokerage, sales, investing, training, and construction. He earned his Washington broker’s license in 2009 and has maintained an active license ever since, building and leading teams while managing $15–20 million in annual transaction volume. He was named Top Team Agent by Volume in 2021 and 2022.
Since 2012, Haruichi has personally acquired, renovated, and resold more than 50 homes, and since 2019 has also operated a licensed and bonded Washington general contracting company. His hands-on investment and construction experience gives his clients a practical, informed perspective—especially when evaluating properties and renovation opportunities.
After focusing on real estate investing full time from 2022–2025, Haruichi joined the Building Dreams Team at KW Eastside in January 2026, returning to what he enjoys most: helping people make confident, informed decisions about one of the biggest investments of their lives.
Haruichi works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Puget Sound region and North Central Washington and is fluent in both English and Japanese.
